A clear path from brief to delivery.

For custom and personalised work, we agree the scope first so you know what is being created, when it is due and how feedback will work.

Share your brief

Describe the task, audience, deadline and final file format. Include any relevant notice, draft, example or brand material. Share only the information needed for the task.

Review the scope and quote

We review whether the task is a fit. Before work begins, confirm the deliverables, price, payment arrangement, timeline and included revisions. Third-party costs or subscriptions are discussed separately.

Check the draft

Review the work against the agreed brief. Collect your feedback into one clear list so changes are easy to follow. A new requirement outside the agreed scope may need a revised quote or timeline.

Receive the final files

After the agreed review and payment steps, receive the final deliverables in the agreed format. Whether editable source files are included is confirmed in the quote.

Ready-made products follow a shorter route

Review the product description, file formats and licence, then use the product’s purchasing and delivery instructions. Personalisation is included only when the listing says so.

Working across time zones

For international tasks, confirm the delivery date, time and time zone together. Avoid relying on “tomorrow” or “end of day” alone.

If the brief changes

Tell us as soon as possible. We will review the impact on the scope and delivery date before confirming additional work.
